3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 3–5 business days of receiving payment.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Chaos Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

4. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the product is inspected and approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

5. Warranty

All Chaos Designs products include a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty coverage does not include:

Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect.
Faults resulting from incorrect wiring, power supply issues, or environmental conditions outside the product’s specifications.
Damage caused during or as a result of an attempted repair or modification.

If a product is damaged by user or third-party repairs, the warranty for that issue will be void.
